An ambitious project
The DRAUBER team has embarked on a large-scale project, a modern cold storage built to European standards, which will be able to accommodate 1,500 pallets, at temperatures between -24 and +6 degrees Celsius, with the openness to offer personalized services according to needs, including local distribution, cross-docking, picking, sorting, repackaging and labeling services. The location of the warehouse is located in the Eurobusiness III Industrial Park in Oradea, and the access is made from the European road E79 at a distance of 2.7 km via Uzinelor street and at a distance of 12.6 km from the Bors border crossing point.
Consultation with specialists
The storage project involves consulting with specialists in the field, which is why we decided to use the services of professionals. DRAUBER warehouse ready for customers
After a period of sustained efforts, the DRAUBER project took shape. Our warehouse is built to European standards with HACCP system implemented, and at the moment it is ready to serve customers who want to store their goods safely. We have the possibility to store food at a controlled temperature between -24 ° C and + 6 ° C, and in addition, we have the possibility to offer related services such as cross-dock, picking and local distribution. We are ready to meet the most demanding requirements of our customers. We have quality management standards as well as food safety. I started the procedures for obtaining the "oval stamp".
A new investor in the Eurobusiness II Industrial Park
Oradea Local Development Agency announces a new investor in the Eurobusiness II Industrial Park. It is about the company Drauber SRL to which a plot of 21,540 sq m was assigned based on the submission of a Letter of Intent and the completion of the direct negotiation procedure, carried out at the end of October 2021. The investment contract was signed on 11.01.2022, by to the representatives of ADLO SA. and the representatives of the respective company, for the realization of a refrigerated warehouse with an area of 11,200 sqm and administrative offices. The value of the assumed investment is 14 million euros, and new jobs will be created.
